This Policy explains digital delivery, subscription cancellation, and refund handling for AI Rap Video purchases. AI Rap Video sells digital generation access and Credits; no physical goods are shipped.

Digital delivery
After a payment is successfully confirmed, the purchased Credits or subscription entitlement are added to the authenticated AI Rap Video account according to the purchased offer. If a confirmed purchase is not reflected in your account, contact support@airapvideos.com so the Airapvideos Team can investigate.
General refund approach
Digital Credits and subscription access are generally non-refundable after purchase. Canceling a subscription does not itself create a refund. Airapvideos does not provide an automatic prorated refund simply because paid time or Credits remain unused. Other refund requests may be reviewed by the Airapvideos Team case by case, subject to this Policy and applicable law.
Billing errors and non-delivery
Airapvideos may correct or refund duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or verified payments where the purchased Credits or subscription value were not delivered because of an Airapvideos system failure that cannot reasonably be corrected. We may request account, order, or transaction information needed to verify the issue.
Subscription cancellation
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, where offered, may be canceled to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not end the period or annual term that has already been paid for, and the paid service continues through that term subject to the applicable Credit rules. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the remaining part of the current paid term.
Used Credits and one-time purchases
Credits already consumed for generation are generally not voluntarily refundable because the digital service has already been delivered. One-time purchases do not renew and are generally non-refundable after purchase. Airapvideos does not promise automatic proportional refunds for partially used Credit purchases. If a purchase is refunded, corresponding unused Credits or paid entitlements may be removed or reversed as appropriate.
How to request a review
Send refund or billing requests to support@airapvideos.com. Include the email address used for your account, the relevant order or payment reference if available, and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to Airapvideos support.
Refund method and legal rights
When a refund is approved, Airapvideos processes it through the applicable original payment method or payment-provider flow. The time for funds to appear can vary by payment provider, payment method, bank, or financial institution. Nothing in this Policy limits refund or consumer rights that apply by law. The Airapvideos Team may update this Policy when the product, payment process, or applicable requirements change.
